Division
The program allows the use of various divisions within a company. This is to enable the subdividing of jobs into their respectivce divisions for reporting purposes. It also allows
differant cost centers to use the same inventory. Divisions can be added and removed as required. A division can not be deleted if it is already been used on a job. Job numbers will not be duplicated, but all job
numbers will be allocated to a division and identified by a prefix as setup by the System Manager from Housekeeping/Company Profile/Division. This may only be acessed by security level 5
