Several Foreign Exchange rates can be used in the program to allow the import of parts and repairs from abroard. The exchange rates can be added and removed as required. A currency can
only be removed if it has not been used in the inventory file. The Exchange rates are set but the system manager or person with level 5 access. These exchange values will be used as defaults in the transaction
windows.
