The job records acts as the hub of the program.  All the other direct cost aspects are linked to a job or project.  This allow users to have online information regarding job scheduling, costs, profitability and cash flow aspects.

The job window has been designed to give as much information as possible in one place.  Various tab windows were implemented to prevent structure the data and avoid a busy single window layout.  Note that it is not possible to edit some of the fields after a job has been closed.  This is done to avoid costs to be allocated to a job by mistake while nobody is monitoring the job.  Only people with authorisation privileges can reopen a job when authorisation is enabled in the configuration window.

The job window has been divided into a number of sub windows or tabs.  These tabs allow you to open the only the information that you require.

Statistics
This tabs shows an over view of budget information, costing and contract values.  The calculate push button, will recalculate all totals on the job.

Contracts
Contract or orders placed on you company can be viewed and adjusted on this tab.  Note the sub window button that will open the detailed contract window for adding contracts.
