industry that markets aviation software and aircraft register data. |
Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests for subscription will be processed in real time on-line or within three working days for special register reports. Delivery will be confirmed on receipt of payment by way of E-mail. |
Return and Refunds policy
In cases where the required access to the South African aircraft register can not or if the purchased service can not be given to the client, Aviation Databases cc will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15 % administration fee. |
Customer privacy policy

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card, Diners credit cards or by bank transfer into the Aviation Databases cc bank account, the details of which will be provided on request. |

transactions will be acquired for Aviation Databases cc by www.PayGate.co.za Paygate uses a secure web interface and no credit card details are given to Aviation Databases cc. |
