Avdex welcomes Xcalibur Airborne Geophysics into the growing Avdex list of aviation users making use of our industry leading software to maintain their aircraft. Xcalibur Airborne Geophysics offers a diverse range of services such as fixed- and rotary-wing airborne gradient magnetic and radiometric, EM & gravity surveys. Their service offering includes value-adding data processing and interpretation conducted by a team of dedicated, highly skilled and experienced staff.
Xcalibur maintenance facility is situated at the Wonderboom airport. Begining with the upload of existing stock into the Avdex web based AMSlll application, the Xcalibur AMO will quickly implement all the functions of AMSlll including parts procurement, work pack generation, task card tracking and paperless data control.
Avdex now begin the task of capturing the current status of the fleet to allow Xcalibur to to the AMP database to establish and maintain an up to date tracking profile of each aircraft, allowing accurate maintenance history and forecasting. AMP allows the linking, upload and cloud storage of all substantiating documentation relating to parts and work.
AMP is Southern Africa’s largest maintenance tracking service with a large variety of aircraft types on its system.
