Safari Air added to the growing AVDEX client list
AVDEX adds Safari Air Botswana fleet on to the AMP maintenance tracking system.
With the rigid implementation of the CAAB requirements that Aircraft Operators track the maintenance requirements on their aircraft, Safari Air have contracted with AVDEX to add the fleet to the existing Aircraft Maintenance schedules compiled by AVDEX.
Established in 1987, Safari Air operates a mixed fleet of Cessna 206 and 208 (Caravan) aircraft as well as Gippsland Airvans. These aircraft are ideally suited for operating from the remote airstrips of the Okavango Delta and Chobe. Safari Air’s operations base is in Maun, at the heart of Botswana’s safari industry.
AVDEX is currently doing the logbook research to capture the aircraft on to the system, allowing the client to have up to date reporting on the status of each aircraft as well as forward planning and budgeting.
